Started off the cooking day with Macarons and chocolate ganache. I love how the TM stiffens the egg whites. I bought a silicon mold so that the shape-size will be identical next time around.
Also made a coconut banana bread.
Zucchini Pasta with Sausage
This is one of D's favorite; she uses her Starfrit to create the pasta. Afterwards she cooked it in the TM along with the sausage.
