Woke up early today and prepared a couple of desserts. Nico asked for some Creme Brulée tonight so I reserved the yolks for the CB and choose to make some coconut macarons with the whites. I hate wasting!
Started off the cooking day with Macarons and chocolate ganache. I love how the TM stiffens the egg whites. I bought a silicon mold so that the shape-size will be identical next time around. Also made a coconut banana bread.
